  Both times I have come to this location my chicken ceaser salad has been cross-contaminated with something spicy like buffalo sauce. I know it's not supposed to be like that from my experience at two other BWW locations and it is a different spicy each time. Also each time we were rushed by the waitstaff when we clearly were here to watch the football game.

  They made an honest mistake and gave me the wrong food about a week ago. I called right away and the manager promised to send me a comp gift certificate. When I received the gift certificate it was for $15, when I had spent $40. I walked in today and talked with the manager onsite. He immediately saw my concern, covered the meal I was picking up and told me to keep the gift certificate for a future visit! I tried to give it to him a couple times... He insisted I keep it. That's how you treat a dedicated customer. I'll be back!

  Fast friendly service. We usually go at lunch and they can get very busy especially on Thursdays. The staff is good about refills and any questions you may have.

  Wings are pretty expensive here outside of promotional periods, and I once paid $16 for two pints of Guinness.
  
  Though they were really good pints. If that's how it has to be, then $8 isn't too much for that.

  Serive inside sucks i think theres new people working every week. And when i call for take out no one ever answers until i try for the 5th time
